Qualifications

• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: at least a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Complete HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers in person and by phone with product recommendations.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain precise work order files and stock levels.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options.
• Follow inventory procedures and suggest sales improvements.
