Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend the right solutions. You will resolve concerns, stay updated on product features, and help maintain store presentation while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, inventory upkeep, and operating tinting/mixing equipment. Mobility and a valid license are required, with evening/weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have a “meets expectations” rating on your most recent appraisal.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
