Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Knoxville stores by assisting wholesale and retail customers, answering questions, and recommending products. You will help ensure customer satisfaction while meeting store sales goals and maintaining product presentation.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
