Job summary

AriensCo is hiring a Production Trainer in our Paint department on 1st shift at Brillion, WI. You will train and support team members using TWI methods and ensure safety and quality.

Starting pay is $24.00/hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4 days x 10 hours, 4:45 AM–2:45 PM. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and outdoor power equipment production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Capable of performing multiple assembly stations/processes adhering to standard work.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to core values and review procedures with new employees.
• Train new and existing employees using TWI Job Instruction.
• Evaluate trainee performance and enter data electronically.
• Assist team to meet daily production goals.
• Work as part of a team to produce outdoor power equipment.
• Troubleshoot safety, quality and productivity issues.
• Participate in Kaizen events and training initiatives.
