Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Capable of performing multiple assembly stations adhering to standard work.
• Strong Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing employees using Training Within Industry (TWI).
• Review department procedures and safety policies with new employees.
• Monitor trainee performance and coordinate training schedules with Team Leaders.
• Assist in Kaizen events and improve training materials.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and support daily production goals.
