Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to coordinate projects and report data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, quality, and standard work on the assembly line.
• Lead daily improvements using time studies and line balancing.
• Identify and implement value-added improvements to boost productivity.
• Troubleshoot line issues affecting safety, quality or delivery.
• Support new line layouts and production changes.
