Job summary

Sherwin-Williams – Dalton, GA is seeking a Part-time Field Store Associate to engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments, drive sales, and support merchandising at Lowe's Store #1646. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, weekend availability, and strong service mindset.

Responsibilities include tinting and mixing per specifications, training fellow staff, and promoting Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brands to customers and contractors. Bilingual Spanish helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Previous paint, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to customers in-store.
• Assist customers by assessing needs and recommending products and services.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain Pro color files and color wall appearance.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Support store merchandising and inventory practices.
