Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Field Store Associate to join Lowe's Store #1886 in Pottstown, PA. You will engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments, drive sales, and maintain merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, tinting products, training store staff, and supporting Pro Sales events. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, weekend availability, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain color files and back stock visibility.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
• Provide in-store Pro Desk paint support and participate in promotions.
