Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part-Time Field Store Associate to drive sales and engage customers at Lowe’s Store #2856 in Highland, CA. The role concentrates on Paint and Pro departments, merchandising, and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include tinting and mixing, color file maintenance, training, and supporting Pro Desk initiatives while adapting to a variable schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without accommodation.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain Pro customer color files.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory best practices.
• Maintain color wall and back stock appearance.
• Build knowledge of all products to make effective recommendations.
• Connect customers with in-store Pro Desk for paint support and program execution.
