Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Maintain Pro/paint knowledge and assist with color matching and tinting as needed
• Maintain store appearance and inventory best practices
• Promote Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brand standards to store customers
