Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Field Store Associate to drive sales at Lowe's store #1196 in Athens, TN. You will engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments, assist in product selection, and support merchandising and promotions.

Responsibilities include training Lowe's associates on product knowledge, tinting/mixing to spec, and maintaining color files and displays, with schedule based on business needs including weekdays, afternoons, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive relationships and trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain Pro customer color files.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
• Maintain appearance of color wall and back stock.
• Provide in-store Pro Desk paint support for Lowe's Pro Sales and events.
