This role trains on 1st Shift and transfers to 2nd Shift (target January 2027); must use safety equipment and maintain a clean work area while supporting 5S practices and cross-training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check unit to make sure it is prepared for paint.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to prep units meeting company and customer quality standards.
• Detect and report faulty operations, materials and working conditions to supervisor.
• Use safety equipment as instructed. Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain work area, equipment and tools in clean orderly condition.
• Promote 5S concept of order and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties and cross-train as required or assigned.
