Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Fond du Lac, WI, seeks a Paint Shop Assistant on 1st shift to learn industrial paint, paint prep, and sandblasting while supporting the shop and warehouse.

You will perform masking, caulking, sanding, prep raw materials, wrap finished products for shipment, and help load/unload trucks. Training provided; prior paint or prep experience helps; forklift/hand tools a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of work history in an industrial or shop environment.
• Previous painting experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and take on new duties.
• Forklift experience is desired.
• Experience with hand/power tools is preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn paint prep duties such as masking, caulking, and sanding.
• Prepping raw materials for work orders and assisting with loading/unloading trucks.
• Wrapping finished products for shipment and general shop/warehouse support.
