Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the Large Paint Plant (LPP) on a 3rd shift. You will fill batches using the Automated Pail Filling Room, scales, mixers, and related equipment, while supporting adjacent Operations areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production equipment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety policies.
• Willingness to work third shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, batch tickets, process sheets, and safety policies.
• Operate equipment to fill batches (incl. automated pail filling, scales/load cells, mixers, pumps).
• Fill finished goods into containers with correct IDs and labels.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials.
• Participate in improvement teams and contribute ideas.
• Identify off-quality products and initiate corrective actions.
• Use SAP, MS Access, and MS Office to complete orders in LPP.
• Maintain housekeeping in production areas.
• Maintain equipment for proper operation.
• Perform tasks in other Operations areas as needed.
• Transport waste to the 90-day storage area and label containers.
