Nippon Paint Automotive Americas, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator for its small paint plant. The role focuses on filling batches with automated filling equipment, scales, and mixers, while supporting other operations areas as needed.

A forklift is used to move materials and strict safety policies must be followed. The position requires flexibility for 1st or 2nd shift, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and participate in the company’s rewards program including bonuses

Qualifications

• Follow SOPs and safety policies.
• Operate automated filling equipment and related systems.
• Label containers accurately and manage IDs for finished goods.
• Use SAP and Microsoft tools to complete orders.
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to fill batches including automated pail filling systems.
• Move materials safely with a forklift.
• Prepare accurate container labels and tags.
• Identify off-quality products and suggest corrective actions.
• Support other operations areas as needed.
• Utilize IT systems to complete orders and maintain records.
