Job summary

Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for our Large Paint Plant. This role focuses on filling batches using automated pail filling systems, scales, mixers, and related equipment, with flexibility for off-shift training.

Responsibilities include operating filling equipment, labeling containers, moving materials with a forklift, and supporting other operations areas as needed. Strong adherence to SOPs and safety policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated pail filling systems.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies in daily tasks.
• Proficient use of SAP, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Office to complete orders.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to SOPs, batch tickets, process sheets, and safety policies.
• Operate equipment for batch filling, including automated pail filling systems and scales.
• Fill finished goods into containers with correct IDs and labels.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials.
• Participate in improvement teams and offer ideas for process enhancements.
• Identify off-quality products and initiate corrective actions per procedures.
• Utilize SAP, Access, and Office to complete LPP orders.
• Maintain clean and organized production areas and equipment.
