Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in paint application, drying, or finishing.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong TPS knowledge and continuous improvement methods.
• Proven leadership to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the paint team to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure safety protocols and proper PPE usage.
• Monitor quality and KPIs, enforce standards and procedures.
• Maintain Production Visual Management Boards and track metrics.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Manage Kanban schedules and daily audits.
• Identify risks and drive Kaizen improvements.
• Oversee attendance and shift coverage; overtime as needed.
