Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is seeking a Production Painter for an industrial manufacturing client in Stafford, TX. You'll support the production line, ensure coating adhesion, and follow safety and quality standards.

The role offers an evening (2nd) shift, with training on first shift (6am-2:30pm) and a pathway to shift to the second. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in industrial painting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience as an industrial painter, preferably in manufacturing or heavy machinery environments.
• Knowledge of industrial coating materials and equipment operation.
• Ability to recognize coating defects and achieve uniform finishes.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with PPE in a paint booth environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and blasting to ensure proper coating adhesion.
• Mix and apply industrial primers, epoxies, polyurethanes, and other protective coatings using spray systems.
• Interpret manufacturing blueprints, paint specifications, and industry standards to determine coating requirements.
• Perform quality checks including film thickness testing and defect detection to maintain high standards.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Painter to join their team. As a Production Painter, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: Evenings2nd shift - 2pm- 10:30pm
DuringTraining - 1st shift 6a-2:30pm - once trained 2nd shift - 2pm- 10:30pm
