Qualifications

• Minimum one year in manufacturing or distribution facility.
• Experience monitoring gauges, dials or machine indicators.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Experience monitoring quality of raw materials and finished goods.
• Experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Experience mixing or blending raw materials in an industrial batch process.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prebatch and inspect tickets.
• Follow batch slip instructions and monitor batch to proper grind or mix.
• Measure tanks for yield.
• Maintain production records and logs.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
• Collaborate with departments to complete production orders on time.
