Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Line Operator for the 2nd shift in the ES AMER ESS division. The role covers operating the paint line, loading/unloading panels, and preparing cabinets for the Lincoln Avenue site. Forklift use and material handling are required.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $21.45 plus a $2.50 shift premium and a $2.50 shift differential, with overtime opportunities. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered, with weekly pay and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the work location.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from geographic area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the paint line system and load/unload panels and large tanks.
• Assemble cabinets for the Lincoln Ave site and move materials with a forklift.
• Hang parts, ensure proper hanger selection and safe operations.
• Inspect parts for conformance and remove non-conforming items.
• Support production schedules and prepare parts to meet due dates.
