Eaton Corporation is hiring for a Finishing Load/Unload on the 2nd shift in Sherman, TX. The role involves assisting the paint line, hanging/removing parts, and recording data on the computer. Core hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and residence in the Sherman area. The position may require lifting up to 75 lbs and working in a production environment with potential shift differential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment visa or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; only candidates in Sherman, TX area will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Assist paint line performance by hanging/removing parts and material from load bar, recording pieces, hours and load bar information on computer.
• Carry and lift parts to hang or unhang off the painting production line.
• Perform visual inspections of material before and after painting.
• Assist with masking, wrapping, touch-up painting, and related tasks.
• Maintain components and supplies to operate efficiently and perform other duties as assigned.
