Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is seeking a Washer/Painter/Fork Truck Operator for 2nd shift in Syracuse, NY. The role pays $25.18/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, with duties spanning cleaning, painting, and forklift operation. No relocation benefits; local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare iron and aluminum castings and sheet metal parts for painting.
• Operate a forklift truck.
• Powder coat or spray paint parts.
• Place parts in baskets and use hoist for acid/alkaline baths.
• Perform simple chemical tests and adjust chemicals to maintain pH levels.
• Maintain logs, checklists, test records and process documentation.
