Eaton Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Line Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) to operate the paint line, load and unload panels, and move materials with a forklift. The role also includes assembling cabinets for the Lincoln Ave site and ensuring safe handling of parts.

The position offers a base hourly rate of $21.45 plus $2.50 shift premium and $2.50 shift differential, with overtime opportunities and a sign-on bonus. Benefits begin on day one and include health coverage and vacation.

Competenze

Must understand standard shop specifications (shop drawings, process sheets, measuring equipment).
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with or without accommodations.

Mansioni

Operate the paint line system and load/unload cabinets and large tanks.
Move materials with a forklift and assist with cabinet assembly for the Lincoln Ave site.
Identify non-conforming parts and coordinate with supervision for disposition.
