Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right home improvement products, and ensure a great shopping experience. You will assist across departments, stock merchandise, and process orders and deliveries with a focus on accuracy and friendliness.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and paid training in multiple store areas.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of computer usage including input/output/modifying data.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic knowledge required.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
