Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC in Bentonville, AR is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You will assist shoppers, answer questions, and handle merchandise organization throughout the store.

Qualifications

6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted, or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
Stock shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, cutting pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
