Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States. You will help customers with product selection, provide friendly service, and support store operations across departments as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, locating items, stocking shelves, processing orders, and assisting at checkout. The role supports bilingual or trade certification preferences and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
