Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Paint Department Head to deliver excellent customer service, stock shelves, and manage pricing and displays for a smooth shopping experience. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability and accurate pricing while maintaining clean, organized displays.

This role requires availability for evenings and at least every other weekend, with a competitive hourly wage and a strong benefits package as described in the posting. Morton, IL location.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred for fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide outstanding customer service in the Paint Department.
• Stock shelves with back stock and incoming freight daily.
• Set and remove ad prices; verify pricing accuracy.
• Maintain displays and face shelves; follow planograms.
• Assist with inventory levels and product delivery calculations.
• Support other departments as needed and uphold safety policies.
