Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Moline, IL is seeking a Home Department Lead to provide outstanding customer service while stocking and merchandising the home department. You will price items, maintain displays, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with back stock and incoming freight.
• Set and remove Ad prices and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Maintain displays and face shelved products according to planograms.
• Planograms and adjust floor plans as needed.
• Keep retail area clean and free of litter.
• Use computer systems to check product delivery and inventory levels.
• Return excess product to the warehouse.
• Move pallets to the warehouse and break down containers.
• Attach security tags to products appropriately.
• Assist other departments as assigned and support loss prevention policies.
