Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet is hiring for a Home Department Head to deliver excellent customer service and efficient stocking in the home department. You will manage shelf replenishment, pricing, displays, and safety compliance to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Retail experience preferred and beneficial for faster adaptation.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with current and new merchandise.
• Set and verify promotional pricing and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Maintain and facing displays; keep shelves tidy.
• Implement planograms and adjust floor layouts as directed.
• Clean the retail area and handle trash and litter.
• Use computer systems to check product delivery and inventory levels; return excess stock to the warehouse.
• Move pallets and unload/unload goods; prepare containers for disposal.
• Attach security tags on applicable products and maintain loss prevention practices.
• Assist other departments as needed to support store operations.
