Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Home Department Head to deliver outstanding customer service and stock the home department to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. You’ll set prices, maintain displays, and assist in other departments as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ability to work evenings and weekends, and compliance with loss prevention policies. Full-time status includes eligibility for benefits after 91 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves in the Home Department and assist customers.
• Set and remove promotional prices and verify pricing accuracy.
• Maintain displays and planograms and ensure clean aisles.
• Assist other departments as needed and follow loss prevention policies.
• Use computers to monitor product delivery and inventory levels.
• Return excess product to the warehouse and break down pallets.
