Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Children's Department Head to deliver outstanding customer service, stock the children’s section, and manage pricing accuracy. You will handle shelf stocking, price updates, and display maintenance while ensuring an efficient and friendly shopping experience for customers.

The role requires the ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend, with a focus on safety and loss prevention. A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves in the children's department and assist with incoming freight.
• Maintain displays and pricing accuracy; update ad prices as needed.
• Assist customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience; support other departments as needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies while performing duties.
