Job summary

The position requires 21+ and a valid driver’s license, with ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; multiple shifts including evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Delivery, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language (Spanish helpful).
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert supervisor to repair needs.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules while driving.
• Prepare reports and delivery-related documents.
