Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery and sales associate to service wholesale and retail customers. You will determine customer needs, answer questions about products, and deliver orders using company vans or trucks. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, tinting, and ensuring on-time, safe deliveries.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, accuracy in transactions, and meeting sales targets while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations and complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and timely.
