Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery associate to serve wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. You will deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pickups with emphasis on safe, timely service.

You will interact with customers in person and over the phone, process sales and maintain accurate delivery records. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required; evenings/weekends may be

Qualifications

Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Load, transport and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
Operate vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts) as required.
