Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Full-Time Delivery/Customer Service Associate in Carroll, IA. You will work from Store #703234 to assist customers, determine needs, and deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, meeting sales targets, loading and tinting products, and maintaining vehicle readiness. Lifting up to 50–70 lbs and regular evening/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
