Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a 3 rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present products and services.
• Process sales transactions per policies.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales goals.
• Maintain and file work orders and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely to customers.
• Assist with loading/unloading and maintain store vehicle.
