Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Delivery Associate at Store #703971 in Fergus Falls, MN. You will deliver products to customers, assist with in-store sales, and support loading and unloading to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal candidates must have at least a 'meets expectations' rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repairs as needed.
