Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate for Automotive Finishes #9723 in Jonesboro, AR. You will prepare orders, load and unload deliveries, assist customers, and maintain safe, organized stockrooms.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts/pallet jacks, processing POS transactions, and supporting branch operations to meet daily delivery schedules. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and ship safely.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions at the POS.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and safe work area.
• Complete monthly/quarterly safety training.
