Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist for Store #3371 in Smithfield, NC. You will help wholesale and retail customers, recommend products, and ensure high satisfaction while supporting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and helping with deliveries. Prior experience in paint or retail a plus; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 18+ years old; legally authorized to work in the country of employment; valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work varied hours including evenings/weekends; ability to retrieve and lift up to 50–70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet store sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, recommending products and solutions.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Maintain shelves, displays and inventory accuracy; stock and prep products for delivery.
• Assist in lighting and setting up displays and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Stay informed about product features and options to advise customers.
