Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist at Store #703516 in Eau Claire, WI. You will assist customers, process sales, stock shelves, and support delivery duties while ensuring excellent service and meeting store goals.

Responsibilities include tinting/mixing products, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and maintaining product quality and store appearance. Prior retail/customer service experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and legal work authorization.
• Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language (Spanish preferred).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, and present products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per store policies.
• Maintain stock, pull products, and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Maintain clean, presentable displays and organized files.
