The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Store Associate at Store #7641 in Waunakee, WI. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers in person and by phone, and helping customers select the right paints and supplies.

Starting pay is $18.30 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing paints, and meeting store sales goals while maintaining store appearance and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: must have a "meets expectations" rating on your most recent performance appraisal.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Sustain ways to improve sales
