Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Edmond, OK is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist for Store 707118 at 1141 N Kelly Ave. You will assist customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking and displays, tinting and mixing products, and assisting with deliveries. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in person and by phone.

• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications and assist in deliveries as needed.
