Qualifications

• Paint knowledge, retail, and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment that changes often.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, and able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule with nights and weekends to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, outgoing service to customers and team members.
• Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
• Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
• Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.
• Participate in store meetings.
• Be professional in appearance and actions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
