Job summary

Spectrum Paint Company is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to support store operations with excellent customer service. You will help customers select paint and materials, answer questions, and assist with orders in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic math/computer skills. You may assist with deliveries and stocking while providing friendly service to customers. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be punctual.
• Ability to distinguish colors for paint matching.
• Basic computer skills and math abilities.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers in product selection and usage.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with orders and questions.
• Prepare orders by tinting/ mixing paint to specifications.
• Identify and match paint colors accurately.
• Process cash and card transactions and maintain cash drawer.
• Assist with inventory and stocking tasks; load/unload materials.
• Occasionally deliver products using company vehicle.
