Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate to support retail and wholesale customers at Store #5237 in Pawtucket, RI. You will help customers determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions while maintaining high quality and visual standards.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products as needed, assisting with deliveries, and helping the store achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly

Qualifications

• Typical qualifications include a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail, delivery, or customer service is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Maintain store displays, stock shelves, and pull products from floor/warehouse to fulfill orders.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with store policies.
• Support delivery and unloading as needed and help meet sales goals.
