Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Full-Time Wholesale Product Specialist at Store #3209. You will help commercial paint customers, determine needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions while maintaining high store standards.

Starting pay is $18.85 per hour or based on experience. You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 70 lbs, and work evenings and weekends. Spanish language skills are a plus and you may assist with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
