Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Associate to assist retail and wholesale customers, answer questions, and recommend products. You will ensure high customer satisfaction, process sales, and help maintain store standards.

You may lift up to 50 lbs and work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior paint retail or tinting experience is a plus, and bilingual skills are welcome to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist in person and by phone to determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policy.
• Maintain store standards and displays.
• Stock shelves and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Stay informed on products and options.
