Job summary

You will process transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix as needed, and keep displays neat. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, working evenings or weekends, and delivering excellent customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Lift up to 50 lbs., up to 70 lbs. occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Spanish language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specs
• Assist in deliveries and load/unload trucks
• Maintain inventory and comply with procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
