Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part‑time Store Associate to help customers, answer questions about paints and supplies, and ensure exceptional service in-store. You will assist with sales, product recommendations, and maintaining store appearance in a fast paced retail environment.

You should be comfortable handling transactions, stocking shelves, and supporting deliveries while providing a friendly, knowledgeable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and sales in-store
• Assist customers in person and by phone, identify needs, and recommend products
• Process sales transactions accurately according to store policies
• Maintain stock levels, shelves, and displays to present products well
• Assist with inventory control and merchandise replenishment
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as needed
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Stay informed about product features and promotions
