Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Munster, Indiana, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join its physician-led group. You will practice in a high-tech hospital environment with EPIC EHR and AI enhancements, collaborating with spine surgeons, neurologists, and physical therapists to tailor a patient-centric plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty).
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible within 90–120 days).
• Strong proficiency in interventional pain modalities, comprehensive patient assessment, and multidisciplinary care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adult pain patients.
• Perform interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure settings.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, PTs, and PCPs.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state guidelines on controlled substances and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.
